I’ve resorted to tea lately… though I admit, some mornings I’ve given in quite deeply to the horrible coffee at work. Oi!
I’ve been lifting weights for about a year now. I know that inhaling caffeine like I do messes up my nutrients and increases the amount of water I have to drink. The heartburn is an unpleasant bonus as well.
It’s a huge improvement from cocaine and whatever other DIY speed I used to consume when I was a kid. Maybe I should switch to tea. I just need to get over the twig flavor.
Coffee is overrated. Starbucks Green Tea Frappuccino on the other hand is the drink of the caffeine gods.
not all teas taste like twigs … but then again, not all teas are technically “tea.”

Tea is hot and caffeinated. That all that matters.
